Guangdong's sculpture first seen in Louvre
Starting from Jan 9th local time in Paris, Joie Ningnan – Xu Hongfei's sculpture series world tour has landed in Louvre Museum, an event to mark the 50th anniversary of Sino-French diplomatic relation. This is the first exhibition ofGuangdong's artist's works are shown in Louvre. Xu's sculpture works feature over 50 "plump female". 

GZ and St Petersburge establishes sister city ties
Guangzhousigned an exchange and cooperation memorandum withSaint Petersburg, the second largest city ofRussia, by establishing the sister city tie last Sunday. It makes SaintPetersburgthe 22nd sister cities ofGuangzhou. Guangzhou Mayor Chen Jianhua said he hoped the sister city tie will boost cooperation of both cities in culture, economy and tourism.
